Privacy Policy

Last updated:

xx0 Labs ("we," "us") publishes https://xx0.org. This policy explains, in plain terms, what data is collected when you visit this site, who collects it, and how you can get in touch about it.

Data collected by us directly

xx0 Labs is a fully static website: it has no user accounts, no server-side database, no comment system, and no tracking or analytics script of our own running in your browser. We do not directly collect, store, or process any personal data through the site itself. If you email us using an address listed on our Contact page, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that email, which we use only to respond to you.

Data collected by Cloudflare (our hosting provider)

This site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure and delivered through Cloudflare's network. Like any web infrastructure provider, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data to deliver web pages — this typically includes your IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested, and timestamps, captured in standard server/network logs. This processing happens at the infrastructure level and is governed by Cloudflare's own policies, not by us directly. You can review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for full detail on what it collects and how it's used.

Analytics

We do not currently use any analytics service on this site — no Google Analytics, no Cloudflare Web Analytics, and no other visitor-tracking or usage-analytics tool. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy first, and we would favour cookieless or privacy-preserving analytics over tools that track individual visitors across sites.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies of its own. See our Cookie Policy for full detail, including how this may change if advertising is introduced in the future.

Advertising

This site does not currently display third-party advertising. If we enable an advertising service such as Google AdSense in the future, that service may set its own cookies and process data (including for personalized advertising) independently of us, governed by that provider's own policy. We would update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy before any such service goes live, including how to manage or decline advertising cookies.

Third parties this site links to

Articles on this site link to external sources such as regulatory agencies, research databases, and standards organizations. Those sites are operated independently of xx0 Labs and have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review before providing them with any personal data.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your choices

Because this site does not set its own cookies or run its own tracking scripts, there is currently nothing of ours to opt out of at the site level. For Cloudflare's infrastructure-level processing, see Cloudflare's own privacy resources, including its GDPR resource hub. If AdSense or another advertising provider is introduced in the future, this page and our Cookie Policy will describe how to manage consent for it at that time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes — for example, if we add analytics or advertising. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
